NEWS - FALL 2011
TCD took care of the interior, graphic and sound design for a one day seminar with an aim on acoustic planning in building and renovation. The graphic elements were visible in invitations, net solutions for the event and during the seminar as physical elements. Music for the event was composed and realized also by TCD and was brought in to the space by integrated speakers.

TCD / Tatu Ahlroos took part in the Oon kaupungissa-street art event by challenging usual elements of street life by taking an unusual view = Street musicans playing noise music. The "noise was constructed by recording the surrounding sounds and the releasing them back to the street as a modicated sound. The performance was called Helsinki Street Noise Project and it's visual image was also designed by TCD.

TCD took care of the interior architecture for new building block in the centre of Helsinki. Every one of the 16 new apartments matching the highest requirements in modern home interiors was designed to be different and unique.
Tiles in the sauna walls imitating black leather, kitchen element clad in black leather and bathroom furniture with a black rubber paint coating: Modern, stylish and kinky.

Drink glasses blown in the legendary Iittala-glass factory. The glasses were a part of the Kulissien takana-exhibition (presenting prototypes of designers) in the Design Museum of Helsinki in 2009.
